Confidence is a deep inner understanding and trust. It knows that everything is going to be good in your life. It understands your self-worth. It’s tapping into your truth. None of us enter the world with it, and no one has it all the time. Now the question is, if we keep talking about it and do nothing, it won’t help you to gain this superpower. Women tend to get so caught up in the chaos of life with thousands of things on their plates every day.

If you are married with children, different things and responsibilities get added to your plate; the list goes endless.

 

We turn to social media or read news’s paper the news’s are flooded talks about the women with the great confidence they have a kind of extreme self-confidence. We human beings have structured ourselves to see others are getting liked, be it a social media platform, close friends, colleagues at work even we try to compare the tiny little thing’s with our siblings and, for that matter, anyone in our community.  Within a fiction of seconds, we feel so very powerless and lesser than because we didn’t receive the same kind of validations from other. Most of us suffer from inner complexes; we primarily choose to relate ourselves with other’s successes, accomplishments, and achievements. We try to copy others; we try to resonate with someone’s else vision without even understanding that it is not proper to keep pushing to do things that belong to someone else. 

When the universe tries to show the signs, you are failing, you cannot get the desired results; you conclude you are not worthy enough, so how successful women maintain their self-confidence, how do they push their limits, and strengthen their beliefs.

 

Below are the following ingredients. 

 

  • Take 100 % responsibility for yourself: – The essential ingredients in developing self-confidence. You and only you can make things work out in your life and nobody else. If you keep waiting for the universe to provide you with the excellent opportunity and breakthroughs in life or boost your inner confidence over the night. You will keep longing and waiting for some time. It would be best if you accepted the path toward self-confidence; you will alone have to travel and practice; no one else will do it for you.

 

    • Be open to experiment in life: – Carol Burnett said  Only I could change my life. No one can do it for me.When you try to experiment with new things in life, you are testing your abilities; keep testing until you attempt it successfully. Try something new maybe you can plan to go out for a coffee or a lunch/ dinner alone. Teach yourself the things which you haven’t done it before. Learn new skills, drive four-wheelers independently; join the driving class keeps reminding yourself nothing is impossible, and everything can be accomplished. 

 

 

    • Enhance Your Action Plan and implement it:- Identify the top three areas which you need to work upon to enhance your personal and professional development. Now determine the action steps you will take days to get there. For all the action plans, you need to put a specific timeline. Start implementing each step according to your action plan – don’t give any excuses. Remember Bill Ayers quote ‘’ Every revolution seems impossible initially, and after it happens, it was inevitable. Every small step will significantly boost your confidence, celebrate the victory, and keep pushing yourself.

 

 

  • Persevere with: – When you take up a new challenge, it is essential to persevere with it. Remember, self-confidence doesn’t come from each thing you attempt; if you fail it first, don’t give up it will bring you back to zero. Don’t worry about the results, no matter what the results are, and you have to keep believing in yourself. Being consistent is essential to take action and follow through. 

 

  •  Act “As If you already have It: – In the world of psychology, we have come to understand that by changing our behavior, thoughts we can change our feelings. The principle of the Act as if is an old concept, but it has deep and meaningful insight. Keep writing and visualizing your goals as if you already have them. This action step will help you to fasten your speed. 

 

  • Find A Mentor: – If you aren’t confident enough to achieve your goals. If you feel stuck in between and unable to push forward, always seek help. Most people are afraid to ask for help; some people are ready to take risks one after another and try to find out what they do. Most of the successful and confident people are prepared to help. They are pretty open to sharing their success stories with others. Be open to ask learn , and don’t feel shy. 

 

How do we build our true confidence? We all should honor and respect ourselves who we are. We must allow ourselves to fail and eventually learn from our mistakes. We should always stay honest, open to receive feedback and work towards improving them. We should always keep our vibration, high align our thoughts word’s actions with our goals with a good intention for our highest and greatest good. We should stay grateful for all the interest and bad moments of our life. We must practice gratitude in all areas of our life. Last but not the least we must keep reminding ourselves you  are unstoppable  and the most powerful women.
