Hi there, I am Anuradha,
There was a time when I lost my way a bit in my life, and I was going through a hell lot in my life. When I, too, felt lost and stuck. I wanted someone who could understand me much better. I wanted someone to listen to the word’s which I wasn’t able to speak up. I was desperately looking for someone who could guide me to understand my purpose and help me spread my wings without any doubts and fears.
My coaching journey began with my self-healing. I felt the need to reflect again on what I exactly want to do and how to move forward in the right direction. That’s when I decided to step into Coaching Industry and I found it very concrete when I could see my self-transforming and I am glad I found the purpose of living and my mission began since then.
I am Certified as a Certified Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and Parenting Coach. I am also an International Certified Neuro-Linguistic practitioner. I am an entrepreneur successfully running my Coaching business.
I resolved to take up the digital coaching model to reach my mission. The technology endows me to extend my arms to needy women widely and fulfil my dream of women empowerment. I truly believe every woman is unique and powerful in her ways.
I would support them to achieve their dreams by showing a path guiding them in the right direction and taking a leap of faith to achieve success in all the areas of their lives.
I have worked with people who are strong-willed to elevate their lives.
I am a mom and a Wife of a loving husband. I have grounded my roots in the realm of spirituality, and women empowerment is my mission.

MY EXPERIENCE
I hold the experience of 14 years of working in corporate with middle & senior management was doing super well in my career. While I was on the super growth ladder of success, I hunted for an even more challenging job.
The organization has a Pan India presence. I built a team there right from scratch within a few months and proved myself. Within a span of a short , my team could fasten with the mission and goal of our company. That male-dominated organization could not hinder my progress.
I headed the state customer service division as a manager and handled the states of Maharashtra and Goa. The senior management recognized and appreciated my work.
On June 23, 2019, the company honoured me with the best increment across Pan India. This recognition delighted me well. With the same Zeal and Enthusiasm, I continued my performance with more focus and sincerity. I received many appreciations from the manager I am reporting, the directors, and also the customers too.
I completed four years and eight months with that organization with commitment. That dedication earned me an excellent rapport with colleagues, senior management, and customers. In addition, I received the highest increment consistently till that day.
Out of the blue, life took a complete turn for me.
On August 17, 2019, during the morning hours my boss ranged me up. Naturally, with all the alacrity, I answered her call immediately , intending to accept further challenges from her. Yes, it was a challenge. But a different kind of a challenge. Listen to it, through the own words of my boss.
“Anu, you have been a great employee in this company. Unfortunately, the management has taken a call to cut off the customer service network at the state level. The organization found no relevance in sustaining the nodal level offices when the central office can take care of customers’ needs. I’m sorry to let your team go,” she said.
Her words seized me for a moment and befallen me like a bolt from the blue. I shivered from head to toe. Those who consistently perform usually can count on having a job for life. But that embarrassing revelation struck me heavily.
She further added, “let me do something for you.”
The words she uttered gave me a toast of relief and soothed my agony. but my heart knew nothing would work in my favour, and I had no hope. I had accepted the reality. After few day’s she had put forth an option getting a transferred to Mumbai. Our’s is a nuclear family. I could not decide instantly as my kid was utterly dependent on me. There is none to take care of him. I detailed my inability to move from my current location to her.
At that juncture, the management forced me to tender my resignation. I was utterly broken and devasted. It was the magnificent arum high-five saying goodbye,

After my Laid off I perceive the true colors of my friends.
All my friends backstabbed me and stopped interacting with me, and they got so very busy with their lives. The moment I was laid-off from the organization and I realized not everyone is honest like me. That was a hit back, and I learned the lesson of my life.
Nobody could understand the level of emotional strife I went through. Within a few days of layoff, I understood who is my genuine well-wishers and true friends. Most of us tend to invest our time, energy, and emotional bond in people who hardly matter or not even worthy enough to be in our lives. I Learnt the lesson for a life time
“Spend your time with those who love you unconditionally, not with those who only love you under certain conditions.”
I DECIDED TO RE-EDUCATE MY SELF
Coming from a Customer Service background, I was always keen of helping others and provided satisfactory results. I had those core qualities and leadership skills in built in me. I long to uplift women to empower them in society. I own enough awareness and abilities to carry my mission.
